The opportunity
DEIN Talents is supporting an immediate recruitment mandate for experienced CE truck drivers in Germany. The role is permanent, full-time employment on a fixed night-shift schedule.
Available operating locations are Berlin, Erfurt, Hanover and Raunheim. Final allocation depends on the employer’s operational requirements and the successful candidate’s profile.
What you will do
- Drive CE vehicles on fixed night routes.
- Couple and uncouple swap bodies safely.
- Complete daily vehicle and safety checks.
- Follow EU driving-time, rest-time, road-safety and load-securing rules.
- Maintain transport documentation and communicate with dispatch.
- Operate the vehicle safely and fuel-efficiently.
What you need
- Valid CE driving licence, Code 95 and digital driver card.
- Practical experience with swap-body systems.
- German or English at approximately B1 level.
- Willingness to work permanent night shifts.
- Valid eligibility to work and the ability to join at short notice.
- When applying, clearly state total driving experience, EU driving experience and swap-body experience.
Compensation and support
The expected net monthly income is approximately €3,100 to €3,400, depending on working days and performance-related bonuses. The stated package includes a base salary of €2,800 gross, attendance and fuel-efficiency bonuses, a 25% night supplement and an eligible meal or expense allowance of €28 net per working day.
Accommodation is not included, but the employer can support the successful candidate in finding accommodation. Final net pay depends on tax class, social-security deductions, working days and eligibility for allowances.
