The opportunity
This role supports international road-transport operations across Europe, including air cargo and road freight. Drivers work with security-sensitive shipments and customs documentation under a direct German employment contract.
What you will do
- Drive modern CE vehicles on international European routes.
- Transport air cargo and conventional road freight.
- Supervise loading and ensure that cargo is secured correctly.
- Coordinate with dispatchers and transport planners.
- Follow road, customs, aviation-security and dangerous-goods procedures.
- Complete vehicle checks and transport documentation accurately.
What you need
- Valid CE driving licence, Code 95 and digital tachograph card.
- Valid ADR qualification, excluding Classes 1 and 7.
- Basic German or English communication skills.
- International transport and customs experience.
- A clean professional record and eligibility for the German Section 7 aviation-security background check.
- AVSEC, GDP or TAPA knowledge is advantageous.
Compensation and benefits
Expected net income is approximately €2,400 to €2,650 per month, depending on the selected rota and performance. Available rota models include 2/1, 2/2, 3/1, 3/2 and 3/3.
The package may include tax-free daily allowances, night, Sunday and public-holiday supplements, holiday pay, performance and loyalty bonuses, and a Christmas payment from the second year. Travel reimbursement or a company vehicle may be available depending on operational arrangements.
