The opportunity
This building-services role supports large operational properties, stations, depots, workshops and offices across the DACH region.

What you will do
- Perform planned inspections, servicing and repairs on HVAC, plumbing and sanitary systems.
- Diagnose faults and complete minor repairs.
- Support materials planning and external service providers.
- Monitor building controls and complete tests and records.
- Use tools safely and participate in site or on-call work where required.
What you need
- An ITI, diploma or apprenticeship in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, sanitary or building services.
- Relevant practical experience.
- German at B2 level.
- Basic digital and Microsoft Office ability.
- A car licence and willingness to participate in on-call work.
