The opportunity
This trainee role supports transport control centres, stations and network-coordination functions across the DACH region. It is a safety-critical operational position rather than a general office-coordination role.

What you will do
- Monitor vehicle movements, routes and operating conditions.
- Use control systems after completing the required training.
- Coordinate with vehicles, field teams, stations and emergency services.
- Support disruption, incident and construction-planning responses.
- Maintain precise logs and communicate operational instructions.
What you need
- At least 18 years old with upper-secondary education.
- A diploma or engineering background is advantageous but not mandatory.
- German at B2 level in speaking and writing.
- Strong concentration, numerical ability, decision-making and stress tolerance.
- Ability to pass hearing, colour-vision, night-vision, medical and psychological checks.
- A clean record and willingness to work rotating shifts.
