The opportunity
This role supports bus and heavy-commercial-vehicle workshops, depots, service operations and breakdown assistance across the DACH region. Candidate grade is determined by experience and technical complexity.

What you will do
- Complete preventive maintenance, repairs, overhauls and inspections.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, electronic and body-system faults.
- Support breakdown, towing and road-testing work as authorised.
- Maintain accurate job and inspection records.
- At senior level, guide colleagues and work on advanced diagnostic or alternative-drive systems.
What you need
- An ITI, diploma or apprenticeship in motor, diesel, automotive, auto-electrical, body or system-electronics work.
- Practical bus, truck, HCV or relevant fleet experience.
- German at B2 level.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and maintain a clean professional record.
- For senior grading, normally more than five years' experience plus advanced diagnostics, leadership or EV/hybrid exposure.
- A commercial driving licence is advantageous.
