CNC Machine Operator

The opportunity

The employer is seeking CNC Machine Operators for metal-parts production in a stable manufacturing environment. The work focuses on safe machine operation, correct setting and clamping, measurement against technical drawings and regular quality control.

What you will do

• Operate CNC machine tools for metal-parts production.
• Set up and clamp components correctly.
• Read and follow technical drawings and production documentation.
• Measure products against drawing specifications and quality requirements.
• Complete regular in-process quality checks.
• Report machine, production, quality or safety issues promptly.
• Follow workplace safety rules and technical procedures.

What you need

• Minimum secondary education with an apprenticeship certificate; a technical focus is advantageous.
• Training in mechanical engineering, CNC machining, metalworking or industrial production is preferred.
• Relevant vocational, higher-vocational or university-level technical education is suitable.
• Graduates with relevant technical training and practical readiness may apply.
• Machine-tool experience is advantageous.
• Ability to read technical documentation and measure parts accurately is preferred.
• Willingness to work in a three-shift model, with precision, independence and discipline.

Compensation and benefits

The stated monthly salary is €1,351, with bonuses according to employer policy and applicable labour law. The package includes stable monthly income, bonuses from the first day, a possible basic-salary review after six months, and statutory extra payments for shift and weekend work.
