The opportunity
DEIN Talents is accepting applications for a Chef de Partie position in Austria. Candidates must have a three-year bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or an equivalent culinary qualification.
A general Hotel Management degree is not accepted for this role. For the Austrian work-permit process, the qualification must be specifically related to culinary studies.
Experience requirements
- Approximately ten years of relevant experience as a culinary professional.
- Experience with continental and international cuisine.
- Experience in high-volume hotel kitchens.
- Banquet, buffet and à la carte experience.
- English at B1 or B2 level.
Salary, benefits and candidate costs
Expected net salary is approximately €1,700 to €2,200 per month, depending on the final employer offer.
Employees have access to a staff canteen. Some employers provide or support accommodation, but the exact arrangement depends on the individual employer. Candidates are responsible for their flight, document-translation and Visa D costs.
