The opportunity
This role supports passenger-bus operations and fleet depots across the DACH region. You will operate scheduled services safely, assist passengers and maintain accurate operating records.

What you will do
- Operate assigned routes safely and according to schedule.
- Complete pre-service and end-of-service checks and report defects.
- Support passengers with information and ticket-related queries.
- Maintain trip records, vehicle cleanliness and service standards.
- Remain calm and professional during disruptions and passenger interactions.
What you need
- Normally at least 21 years old with basic or upper-secondary education.
- A valid Indian heavy passenger or commercial driving licence; documented bus-driving experience is preferred.
- German at B1 level or above and willingness to continue language training.
- A clean driving and criminal record, shift flexibility and the required medical fitness.
- Readiness to complete or obtain the applicable local passenger licence, driver qualification and driver card.
Suitable backgrounds and training
Employer-specific training may cover local road rules, ticketing, service standards, vehicles and routes. Licence conversion, qualification and driver-card requirements must be completed or recognised before deployment.
- State or private city and intercity bus drivers.
- School, staff or contract-carriage drivers with passenger-service experience.
- Drivers experienced in defensive driving, passenger support and vehicle checks.
